(1977) Candy Barr has 3 pgs, Ann Marie also has 3 pgs, Debra Tate (Sharon's little sister) has 4 pgs and Corinne (Story of O) Clery has 2 pgs. Fine copy at one time had DJ taped to inside covers. Tape is gone but left a thin strip of discoloration on edges of DJ and inside covers.
