CARNIVAL
One of many popular titles from the late 40s and 50s that originally featured mostly swimsuits pics. Eventually moved into burlesque stars of the later 50s with more lingerie than beach attire and finally topless/nude photos. Early issues were printed on poor quality newsprint paper and had squarebound, glued spines. Over time the glue eventually eats away the paper binding and very few of the early issues survive in top condition.Issues from the early 50s were pubished bimonthly by Carnival Mag Corp. Issues from the 60s published by Magtab Corp.
