Nicely preserved copy in sharp VG+ (has v1 #1 10/50 lightly written on BC in pencil).

Scarce 2nd issue of this title does not have 's' on girls - that was not added until 3rd issue. DOES HAVE Evelyn McBride FC + 7 big pgs. Barbara Dobbins has 6 pgs, Mari Blanchard has 5 pgs and Val Njord has 3 pgs. Plus dozens of other models inc popular names such as Shirley Buchanan, Lilian Kamenar, Shirlee Tegge and Junior Jackson. Small (1/2") very faint water spot on top right corner, small nick on top edge BC but clean and bright - Good+/VG

Plus many other popular names. Bright yellow cover has light date stamp, some normal wear, tiny chip off bottom right corner - VG

v1 #1 - Published bimonthly by Volitant Pub Corp. Libby Dean in bikini FC (she is also Covergirl of MAN TO MAN 1/51). Contains "200 Candid Photos of America's Loveliest Girls". Corinne Calvet, Jane Easton, Linda Lombard, Betty Blue, Joy Lansing, Val Njord, Gregg Sherwood, Pat Hall and Jo Jordan all have 1 to 2 pgs each. Plus dozens of other girls. Spine stresses, small corner bumps, an occassional small chip but no serious defects and basically clean and bright - VG 

v2 #1 - FC by Andre de Dienes. Val Njord has a full pg pin-up on inside FC. Modern Man Gallery has 5 pgs of the 'Model From Mayfair' by Zoltan Glass. A nice 4 pg feature on bosomy TV actresses inc a full pg pic of Dagmar & Barbara Nichols 2/3 pg. Army Rifles T-44 & T-47, old whaling ships, the sport of Lacrosse and the Zes - Russian Auto. VG copy is clean & bright, na bit of ormal wear and small bump on top right corner. Fair copy has some light H2O marks and a bit of warping along right edge.

 

v2 #7 - FC by Andre De Dienes. Barbara Nichols has a very nice full pg pin-up on inside FC. Modern Man Gallery has 6 pgs of  Val Njord by Bernard of Hollywood + 5 pgs of the 'Little Match Girl' by Zoltan Glass. Features on arctic huskies, bonefishing, varmint rifles, the Jeep & the Southern 500 stockcar race. VG copy has some normal wear. Have 2 copies in Good condition, both fairly well read - 1 has 3/4" tall letters 'N.C' stamped near top edge of FC and 2 sets of staple holes in the middle about 1/4" in from right edge and a small date stamp on BC. 2nd copy has an address stamp near top edge of FC in center and a name written along right edge of FC. Fair copy has H2O marks along spine and bottom edge - no stuck pgs.  


 

First issue with a color FC. Nice pic of Val Njord in a green knit sweater type of outfit. Hedy Lamarr and Mara Corday each have 2 pgs plus a 3 pg feature on Paris night clubs. Articles with pics about G.I. Killing Female Spies, Parents Who Murder Their Children, Branch Rickey of the Brooklyn Dodgers, painter Paul Gauguin and Golfer Ben Hogan's recovery from a serious car wreck. A little light browning around edges, small chip at top of spine and some stress lines - Good
