The first issue of this title appeared in 1958 and was published on a bimonthly schedule by Sirkay Pub. Corp. Beginning with v2 #11 (1961) publication switches to monthly. All issues have 68 pages including covers. Centerfolds are called 'Knight's Lady Fair' and when present are 2 pg B&W photos.
